Welcome to Mystic Pointe. Located on a 42-acre site in New York's Westchester County, Mystic Pointe is a luxury condominium community bordered on two sides by the confluence of the Croton and Hudson Rivers. The site enjoys extraordinary views of the Hudson River Valley, with old masonry walls and a wooded gorge and nature trail completing the picture. Most of the homes are semi-attached with gracious side entrances and porticos, offering a variety of floor plans and elevations. Developed in the mid-90s by Ginsburg Development Corporation, the Mystic Pointe Homeowners Association was formed in late 1999 to administer the common areas and enforce the by-laws of the community. The Association consists of a seven-member Board of Directors, elected annually for varying terms. The Homeowners Association maintains all grounds, roads and building exteriors, as well as overseeing and making policy for use of the shared amenities of the community such as the Clubhouse, Pool, Tennis Court and Fitness Center. Whether a resident or a visitor wanting to learn more about Mystic Pointe, the Homeowners Association encourages you to explore whatever is of interest and see what there is to appreciate and enjoy about living in Mystic Pointe.
